Delivery Fees and Information

A confirmation email of your order will be sent to the email address given along with any other information (such as items out of stock).

National Delivery fees are as follows:

Within the UK
Items/orders up to 2kg: £3.95

International and Non-Mainland UK

Items/orders can be shipped outside the UK, as the shipping rates vary (due to country and weight) we politley request you email Fuchsia to obtain an accurate shipping rate This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Please note delivery fees are non refundable.

Goods are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class or Parcel Force. If you would like to upgrade your order to Special Delivery Next Day, please contact Fuchsia.

If the item is in stock then fuchsia aims to dispatch this within 24 hours, but allow 3-5 days for the item to reach you.

If the item is out of stock then please allow up to 30 days for delivery. (Please note that items from the Quattrozampe range are hand made in Milan Italy. Therefore if the item is not in stock please allow 30 days for delivery, out of stock items from other ranges should be delivered within 10-14 days )

Returns

You may return any item within 10 days from the date of dispatch, at your own expense (Delivery fees are not refundable).

Sending your return by recorded delivery is strongly advised.

The returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with any labels still attached.

Returned items may be issued with a full refund (excluding delivery fees) exchanged or a credit note given.

If items are received after 10 days (following dispatch) then a credit note will issued.

Sale items can be exchanged or a credit note given, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Confirmation of receiving your returned item will be sent to you via email.

Please report any items that are damaged or faulty to Fuchsia within 48 hours of recieving them.
